Hi all,
just to keep noted my 2nd order at Trusty.

March 26th, I asked to Andrew if the watches above mentioned were available
March 28th, after checking within the factories Andrew told me both of them were available
March 28th, I placed the order paying through Bank transfer
March 30th, Andrew confirmed he received the founds

April 6th, No QC pics arrived yet. I emailed to Andrew and he said he is still waiting for them
April 11th, still no QC pic arrived yet


Hope it could be fixed soon

Took me two weeks to get my QC pics and now with COVID in China, I bet you’ll have to wait long

You could be right, but would be nice if Andrew had said anything about instead of confirming their availability

I sure hope they don’t wind up being unavailable after all. That happened to me years ago, had to get a refund.

Justo to keep record: April 20th and QC pics didn't yet arrived

As far as there is no info about when the China's lockdown could end, Today April 21st I've asked to Andrew to cancel the order and to refund.
Sad story, but it might be senseless to wait for something without any chance to know when this situation will be solved.

Update...
Due to the lack of QC pics, I asked to Andrew for a refund and he sent it back to me immediately.
Sadly, QC pics arrived a couple of hours later but, because the VSF Omega was not as good as expected, I preferred to do not place the order back.
