I'm just going by what the TDs website said.. I'll take some next time I fiddle with them.

The 253 is going back to China DOA so the pics will have to wait.. I do have a 253 case back on the way so we shall see if it fits the 236 if not then I have an extra! I will take pics of it just for you sir!

Just because a bracelet fits, case backs would also fit. I am curious about the PAM236 bracelet on the PAM253 so pictures would be nice if you can get them. I have tried a PAM438 (1950s case) ceramic bracelet on the PAM594 (Luminor Betarrini case) so I guess the opposite might be possible.

Well my Pam 438 bracelet fits the 253 perfect the 236 wasn't as easy but it did fit. I will document this better next time. The 438 case back did not! Fit the 236 I tried that also.

Sooo close but so far any suggestions? The 286J case back fits the 236k perfect screws on and all but is pushing on the rotor. The 236k back is domed slightly and the 286J back is more flat. But size and threads match perfectly... I can't screw it down all the way maybe a 1/2 mm is all I need.. If I leave it slightly unscrewed it's fine but that's not going to work for obvious reasons. Lol



I know it's not "proper" to put a 286j case back on a 236k but a movement is a terrible thing to waste.. Aside from the engravings it looks good on it... If only it fit properly.

I'm not exactly sure how to find the exact dimensions... I need.
