Good question. I was also curious about that. 4-5 drops of 9010 to rotor bearings can be healthy. You can also grease the gaskets while you are at it.

The other thing is if it’s good we need to clean first the rotor of a new watch? Becouse we don’t know what oil clean factory used there so we need to do it from zero? Becouse we may mix oils ? But the basic question is .Is it bad to put 9010 there ?

I think HP1300 might be better, I put 3 drops on 3 of the balls and it worked really well.

i read that HP1300 is thicker oil and the problem is it will cause problems after time to the performance. also the 9010 its too thin that you need really small amount becouse if you put a little more the oil will move under the ballbearings and lead problems to other parts... but i dont know whats the right here.
