My pam 26k got kinda messed up! It still has power reserve right now as the seconds hands is moving. But when i tried winding in the normal position, the time adjusts instead of hearing the normal winding (clicking) sound. The hour/minute hands move even when I haven't fully pulled the crown. The snapping sound when you pull it fully and push it back kinda disappeared too. What's wrong with it? Did I over wind it, or pulled/pushed it too hard?

Appreciate any advice...

I certainly do not consider myself an expert, but it sounds to me like the keyless works is messed up. If that is the case, you can fix it yourself if you are patient, have a couple of good quality screw drivers, a pair of excellent tweezers, a loup, and have a mechanical aptitude for very tiny things. I've done it, and am a noob watchrepairer. It's a wonderful feeling of satisfaction to fix the thing.

I would, however, wait to hear from an expert here on the forum before jumping in and following my advice.

To me it sounds as the little screw that holds the stem became loose.
Just open the caseback and screw it tight.
Should fix the issue
