I changed the crystal with a VSF, and the ceramic insetr with a Clean. The stock ARF insert is cracked, but still usable as the crack it's almost invisibile once the insert is fitted, anyway the Clean looks better imho.
Overall the watch is in very good conditions considering its age, and keeps great time.
