hi im having trouble with my rep ocean racer deployant

here is the pics, check out the pushers there loose. i want to tighten them.

is there a way to tighten it?

Hi, I have just bought a Superocean with deployant strap, looks identical. The clasp actually had one of the pins completely detached from it, fell out as I un-wrapped the watch. I thought it would just snap in, but it didn't. Eventually found a spring that goes over that pin ( on the carpet where i un-wrapped the watch!). Looking at the good one on the other side of the clasp, it seems like there is a tiny circular washer that holds the pin in place, you may have lost that and its just held in by friction. Who supplied the watch, if you dont mind me asking. I ordered from Timeshop, good service, but I get the impression they think I broke the pin , and want $20 for a new clasp. Not bad if I did actually break it, but sticks in the throat a bit, as it was obviously detached when i un-wrapped it. Anyway, still in negotiations, as they say. Just to add, Timeshop came through with a good solution, they are sending me a new clasp, free of charge.
