I agree though, 100 million is nothing.
Today though his budget cuts are very significant as he is planning on slashing the budget 1.1 trillion over the next 10 years.

I am a federal employee working in budget and all of our programs are taking a significant hit.
A good thing to take away from that video is 2/3 of the pie is already taken by medicare, social security and DOD. the rest of the pie is unleashed to the rest of the hundreds of government agencies that literally fight for their small slice of what's left. $73 billion is very significant to these agencies.
We'll see if i go on furlough this friday.
