Why are some members not allowed to sell on the forum due to suspected profiteering, and how is this determined by the moderators?

Profiteering is not allowed according to the sales section rules unless you're selling in the collectors corner (patrion only) a rare piece. It's to prevent price gouging and people overpaying. It's simple, you buy a watch for 300, you can't sell it for more than 300.
