NTTD version identification help

Hi all, was hoping someone with a more experienced eye could give me their opinions on this. Is it a VSF v4? Thanks

Afaik the VSF has a black balance wheel even for this one. At least the newer versions.

Thanks for that, my latest po had the black balance wheel so didn’t know if that was just for 8900s
