Noob 390 case problem

I purchased a 390 which arrived just yesterday and wanted to change the band but the lug screws just turned without removel which is weird so I conacted the seller who said are they just stripped.I had no idea so I pushed them out with a wooden toothpick. The strap bar ends are damaged and flatten . Looking at the hole in the case the case it does not look to be threaded.I think this is a fault from the noob factory?
The case should be threaded right. My 111 is.
Any one had this problem recently?

hey mate you're not alone. I just got a Noob 390 with the exact same problem. so annoying cos the rest of the watch is absolutely perfect such a shame really. but I bought mine from a TD. was yours m2m or from TD as well?

Thanks for the links.I bought from a TD so I am going to send this one back its also got a fault on the case back which I missed during QC. Its a pitty because the watch is good otherwise.dealer said he will send back to Noob factory, let's hope
