Noobie Looking for a Timewalker

Hi Guys

I am looking for a TimeWalker Chrono SS Black Dial Noob SS Bracelet A7753 , or the same but with black ceramic inlays

I have messaged 5 dealers with no response from any of them !! Including Puretime Asia who said his live support was online but no reply there either?

Do these dealers take days to respond usually ? I have also messaged a few on here, again with no response. I don't want part with $350 - $450 dollars without first getting a response and knowing they have them in stock

What is the general rule of thumb in these situations? I am a noobie so have no experience and want to be careful. Gladly take a look at any recommended sites/dealerd
