The A2836 is a proven reliable workhorse, but it doesn't quite replicate the functions of the way a gen 3135 operates and the crown height is slightly lower, so it's not positioned perfectly between the lugs. None of these issues need to concern you, but any of them might. Depends how fussy you are...
If you get the SA3135, it will function in the same way as the gen. The SA3135 doesn't have a particularly good reputation, but you have the option in future to replace it with the best clone movement, the VR3135 - and it would be a straight swap without needing to trim the dial feet and change the hands as you would if the movement was the ETA clone.
However, it's being reported around the forums that the v10 is now being offered with the VR3135. If this is the case, it would be worth considering doing this from the off. as It's the best option (AFAIC).
I certainly wouldn't buy a Noob that was described as having an SA3135 in it, and just "hope" it was going to be VR.I don't believe NOOB is using VR and wouldn't purchase thinking they do.

Nor have I seen any evidence yet that Noob are using VR movements. Currently it seems to be conjecture and wishful thinking.
The SA3135 is inferior to the VR. There’s a good reason why modders buy the VR to replace SA and SH 3135 movements - the VR is the best clone available. I’m installing it in all my 5 and 6 digit Subs.I have the same problem, i asked some TDs and there is no NOOB v10 with VR but is SA3130 v2 and i do not now if it is the same quality as the VR. I think the NOOB v10 with SA 3135 have problems and because that the price changed down.

I asked for the NOOB v10 No date sub with 2836 but no of the TDs can get it ! or it does not exist.

No. In case I didn’t make myself clear: If you buy the watch with the 2836 and you want to retro-fit the 3135, the dial, hands and movement holder will all need to be altered or changed.A swap between A2836 and ETA 2836-2 needs dial trim and hands replacement for the Noob V10 Sub?
The V10 LN & LV movement photos on TT are those of a VR3135. However, when I inquired of Andrew if NOOB was using the VR movement this was his exact reply: "Noob factory said that it is not VR3135, but it is an upgraded SA3135 for their own watches. It does look similar to the VR3135 though".
The TT descriptions read SA3135.
.
Pure Time descriptions and photos indicate SA3135.
