Thanks for sharing bro.

I have mine apart also and was going to post some pics but I encountered an issue that so far I have not found a solution for. If anyone takes the hands and dial pieces off, be very careful with the GMT wheel. The numbers on them are STICKERS ffs. I used a piece of Rodico to lift the GMT wheel out as I often do and one of the numbers came off. No one can get me a replacement wheel or even a Noob movement (which would have the correct color wheel). The other factory Sky-D's have a smaller GMT wheel.

So I'm looking at some micro decals, etc.

I'll figure something out but what a bummer. The center dial piece is held on with very strong double-sided tape BTW. It needs to be carefully pried off.

You may be better off printing your own decal, like some of the guys making dials in the vintage forum?

I'm not too sure how it works, but the chances of finding a Eurostyle Extended Letraset in the right size are slim.

I'd be happy to create and supply you with the art - it wont take me long to do.
That way all the numbers will be exactly the same.

And it would be a good opportunity to fix the silly alignment issues on the Noob...

Let me know!

Wow thanks a lot for that offer bro. One of the companies that sells the decals will take custom orders. I was thinking along those lines but was hoping to find a similar enough rounded corners block zero.

Anything close would allow me to at least wear the watch, it's been sidelined since this happened. I'll PM you, if I had some good art I would definitely find a way to print it. Some curved numbers would be an extra bonus. I'd have to remove all the current stickers of course but they come off easily enough! Might even sand it all down and repaint it to a surface more accommodating for a decal. The current surface is actually pretty bumpy.

Dang man, you're the real pioneer here. I really do appreciate your contributions to the forum.

Seriously hope you get that figured out. I was considering swapping in the green dial from the TWF Sky-Dweller, but that's going to be hard pass after seeing not only the difficulty, but all the other variable measurement differences, etc.

Yeah the TWF and the new AIF, in fact all the other rep Skydwellers are smaller so not much is swappable. The movement is the same and hands could be swapped but Noob hands are decent.

A green dial Skydweller would be the bomb. Check out my Avatar, hehe.
