With such a pics is almost impossible to say it
I would like to see a well focussed pic from 6 or 12 hrs.
We cannot see the lever shape and the rim of the crown

Although the pic from 3 hrs. is really bad and out of focus shows correct shape of the lugs and seemingly good position of the upper part of the lugs in relation to the cushion edge. If a good pic from 6 or 12 hrs. confirms above commented it could be a V4 or a transition model from V3 to V4. But this is not at all sure from the current pic

I think it is the transition model , like You've wrote Ale....
It is not the V4 , but the engraving is not right and it is imprecise , classic of V4.
The photos are blurry , but at first glance would seem the V3 version.
Lever shape and crown rim seem the V3.
