Noob photoshoot of Josh GMT North Pole

Hi all, sry for the pics (using a Kodak 8 meg camera) as I'm a noob to taking shots of watches. Anyways, got this 2nd PAM of a starting collection today from Josh (ordered about July 10th, arrived July 16 in excellent packaging). Watch seems to run fine. Taking in comments...please be constructive

I'm a noob to PAM collecting or even knwoing the PAM history (even had to research today how to open the crown guard lever) so I am now thinking about what the next PAM will be (my first is a Black Seal 3+ yrs ago gotten from Silix (of which a salesman in Tourneau here in Vegas thought was a genuine..maybe he was just pulling my strings)....

By the way, does anyone know what that hand is for (the thin one, by the hour and minute hand in the main dial)

That little hand (4th hand) is for keeping track of a second time zone. That's what makes this model a "GMT".

Yeah currently heavy use for me too. The bezel is the one that's like "iffy" by the way (i.e. has this to-fro movement subtly). Now I', thinking where to get a SS starp for this now that you mentioned one, darn.

How is the Marker on the bezel ?? Is anyone having an issue with themm,falling off ??

I bought one of these and it came with one of the small square markers stuck to the plastic it was wrapped in. I would suggest a check of all of the markers regularly to make sure none are loose. They are very difficult to find as replacements.

yipes, markers falling off?!?! none yet noticed on mine.....

I have a 187-based fantasy watch with that bezel. Rather than wait for the markers to fall off one at a time, I used a razor blade to prize them off, then used the tip of a flat screwdriver to polish the indentations in the bezel to a shiny finish. By no means 'stock', but I do like how it looks, and I know I don't have to worry about losing the markers
