It seems an increase of prices coming soon or really maker are preparing new releases of New Submersibles and don't want competition... for the moment...

Nah, not feelin 187. I'm a sucker who had the 243 on the list and left it too late. Hoping to get one of the final batch to come. Or grab one someone's offloading.

Well the noob 243 is at the old "superrep" price ... dealers want to make more money so they will release a new version at the new "superrep" price.

Right now the noob 243 is a steal ... sub 300 bucks? Once this is "redone" it will easily be 400.

I thought Toro said they were going to be upgrading the dial for a more accurate sub-dial. Angus did say however the maker wasn't making enough profit on them to be worthwhile.

Both have since spoken to the maker again and emailed me. There are some leftover parts. The maker may get some more parts needed to finish off what they have and then that's that. Other priorities at the moment so a couple of months off by the sound of it. Maybe 100 pieces. I've searched everywhere. Many dealers have them listed as available but they're not. : (

They stopped the production. It was not a smart move for both factories (N and H) to make the same model, screwing each other just leaded to a high investment for a low profit business, it´s just not worth..

That's a shame that N stopped and not H factory. I had V1 243 from Noob and it was a stellar piece. Regret selling it now for sure.

I am not a pam guy, but the 243 was one of the few pams that tempted me I am now sorry didn't pick one up. I wonder how much they will be charging for the last couple of hundred.

Any expert could sum up the difference between v1 and v2 please? :)

It is no easy to spot exactly the differences mainly because there was not a clear before and after V1 to V2, most likely maker was introducing some improvements gradually until get the final V2.
You can get more info and some links with info about the total improvements of V2 in PAM GUIDE.

Interesting, was considering selling mine or trying to trade against something like a 111 or a boutique.

I love it, but think its at the limit size wise & just doesn't get the wrist time...think I have more straps than the number of times I've worn it!

If there are no more, I might have to hang into it now & save for the next one.
