I have a recent addition of a Panerai 111 from Noob and I'm happy otherwise but the lume is awful. I hardly get anything on this..a flashlight makes it last for a little bit to impress friends momentarily... I even put it under a UBA lamp for hours and it did not much of anything. And we finally had a couple ???? days. What are my options?

Nothing much, unless you decide to send it to someone to re-lume it
There was a post sometime back of some members sending their PAMs to be re-lumed

Mine (Noob) lumes like a torch, but it also lasts only a few minutes.I have a small UVA light that I use sometimes, the indices start glowing green, even sunlight you don't see them as white/yellow anymore but a nice green. But it quickly starts to fade away and after 15-30 minutes, there is just a bit left you can only see in complete darkness.
I am not sure how much reluming changes that thought. My nonPAM gens also act the same way.

There are guys that can relume the watch but even the gen L series sandwich dial lumes don't last very long according to a few guys at paneristi. One guy mentioned it lasts around 30 minutes for him. I think he had Pam 312K.
