Noob PAM026 V3 check over?

Hi all, have recently ordered from a trusted seller


Looked at a couple of older threads recommending to have the watch checked over after delivery and for sure have it checked if I intend to swim with it etc.


Those threads seem to be pretty old - is it still the case with the latest noobs? I.E they still aren't assembled in ideal conditions etc
