Already have it. Doing a comparison and getting this one for a friend in Idaho.
There is no v4 for 000. As far as i know, there is no perfect pam at the moment. 390 used to be one or at least close but Noob decided to be stupid and mix old parts. H factory pams are nice but the case finishing is an easy tell.

Not exactly an EASY tell without direct comparison imho.
In any case if I had to buy a 000 now I would go for H. Sharp edges can be softened if one wishes so, sausage lume can't be flattened as easily.
So the Gen doesn't have Sausage lame ??? If I can find a Noob Ill take it apart to get Macro shots of the lime and post. But I can't seem to find one.

Hi, are you guys saying and recommending not to get a a Noob 390 at the moment? I am about to pull the trigger on a Noob 390. Are you guys saying it is not good right now?

No, not at all
PAM 390 Noob is an exception because Noob is usually (we can say always) applying V4 caseset in this concrete model.
Just be careful with QC pics in order to get SLIM crown
The Noob CG lever is a lottery, never perfect but sometimes a bit better than V3
