NOOB PAM 390 mods?

So the only thing that really bothers me about this watch is the hands, the infamous rose gold hue. Are there better more accurate hands to be had, or any other things I should change?

That's about the only mod id do.. Maybe a gen crown/CG. But that's a lot of money..
