Forgive me if this topic was long ago covered/confirmed ... I had the good fortune to acquire a Pam326 M2M last year — absolutely love it... has slowly crept up to be my favorite among all reps .. did a google image search today and noted the Gen is a shade of blue more true blue... as opposed to the periwinkle (purplish) tint of blue of the Noob (thought to be ‘super - rep’) 326 dial- personally I much prefer noob’s unique dial color ..it quickly occurred to me the same shade of blue is exactly that found in the noob Rolex yachtmaster (historically bashed here vs JF’s oft-cited truer-to-gen blue yachty dial).
For what it’s worth... although maybe an easy tell, I prefer the noob rendition over Gen by a wide margin.
