Noob Pam 243 Help please! I'm guessing a dead movement but could be something simpler

I've got a noob 243 from Angus at puretime. I've had it a while and it's simply never really worked. Basically my problem is that the hour and minute hand work intermittently. The hands move properly when manually changing the time etc but work for about 15-30 mins whilst wearing it then just stop going round?? I am at a complete loss as to why this is happening. It's just really strange. I don't mind opening it so any advice is welcome.

I would imagine the Seconds is stopping too?

If the whole thing is stopping and starting, including seconds, I bet there is some gunk in the balance wheel.

If the seconds are still ticking, shit, that is a big problem. Send back to Angus, it's gonna take him a month or 2 to fix it. If that is the case buy another one, and flip one of the 2 when it comes back.

No the annoying thing is that the seconds are working fine!! I'll ping Angus a note, but if anyone else has any thoughts in the mean time I'd appreciate it.
