Noob Pam 111 V3 buckle feels cheap?

Hello,

First and fore most, I'm pretty new to the rep game. So far I purchased a Noob PAM 111 v3 from a m2m deal. The face is VERY good. However, I kind of feel like the tang pre-v buckle feels kind of cheap, almost like plastic and not polished metal. Is this how the gen feels also?

I have the H Fac 111 and the buckle feels exactly the same way.. like plastic and not polished metal. Curious as well regarding what the gen feels like..

I have two buckles, both Noob, one from a 111 v3 and one from a 390. Both feel normal to me, but in terms of weight they are a bit light to my feeling...

Yes. Stainless steels have all got a very similar density, you won't notice a difference in weight between one and another unless one is massive.
