Hello!
I think this is the case when you can choose the design that you like best.
Structurally, they are identical.
In terms of overall quality - noob has a proven track record, however his V11 was not at all satisfactory at one time, HWF in turn does not have such production experience, but I have not heard any complaints yet.
When it comes to overall precision and finish, NOOB would be the preferred choice. The HWF has noticeably wider sandwich cutouts and a rougher-crafted movement.
In theory, anyone can be made waterproof, but there is always a chance to get a watch with a visually undetectable gelmetric defect that will not allow it. Titanium is harder to work with, and in theory a steel watch, especially one from a more experienced manufacturer, has a better chance of success. From a very long term perspective, too, the bettarini steel model is a much easier chance to get any spare parts.
In general, if you are not so concerned about proximity to gen, but about performance and reliability, then I would choose PAM111, however, all the advantages are very relative, and I'm sure most would answer: it's almost the same, take the ones you like more .
