I found a site called Noob watch time .com
Wondering if it's legit, I have heard mention of a TD (I think) called Noob was not sure if this was him or...?

I would go to the - trusted dealers - forum. See the picture below and select the -Trusted Rep Dealers - when you scroll down on the main page of the website.
Look there for the good sites like: Intime, Puretime, etc.,
