The 177N has vintage hands installed and the canonpin looks better too, The engraving on the back is much better then the 177M too. Only missing is the dial printing that isn't changed, were a noob 111 dial is better (except the lume)
Saw a comparison of the watches on RG
Hey all,
Just thought I'd bump this topic to ask a question or two!
So...
Has the 177N got sapphire caseback?
In some dealer photos (5th one down here:
http://forum.replica-watch.info/vb/showthread.php/my-first-pami-92633?t=92633)
and on Trusty's QC pics:
and on Sead's pics:
http://forum.replica-watch.info/vb/showthread.php/pam-177-h-98794
it looks like it has because the CB crystal doesn't look like it has the green/blue tint of the mineral.
But in other photos, like the CB pic on Trusty's main page for the 177N:
http://www.trustytime.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=37_49&products_id=8784
it looks like it hasn't...
Has anyone got one and can tell for definite?
Also, I know the Noob 111 frontplate is better because the text font is more cream in colour (and
I think the Noob 111Nv2 with the sharp CG has got rid of the Low-A issue too??) but
which lume is better? and
which is more accurate? H-Factory or Noobfactory?
The 111 Teardown thread saw the Noob 111 win the lume contest, because it was closer to the aqua-green of the gen dial that was being compared (and also the construction was more gen-like):
http://forum.replica-watch.info/vb/showpost.php?p=1003285&postcount=93
But SPBoudart's comparison pictures (to a gen 177) between H Factory backplate and hands and Noob backplate/hands lume seems to show that H-Factory is closer to gen in brightness and, seemingly, colour...

Noob on right, gen on left:
H on right, gen on left:
Which is correct for the 177M/N? Is the Gen lume more green than the aqua-green lume of the 111M?
Thanks for any help anyone can give, it looks like there has not been many posts about the 177N so hopefully someone can help!
