Noob here sorry

1. Does an order typically come with spare links?

2. Do you typically ask your TD to adjust the links for you to fit your wrist? Or do you do it yourself?

Hi, the bracelets the watches come with are whole, you need to size it yourself after receipt. Most watches will fit normal wrists but there are cases where factories provide short-ish bracelets, I'd say 17cm is the minimum, but it's really a low amount, most models will come with enough links (e.g. clean and VSF models will come with approx. 6 + 6 links or even more which can fit 19+ cm wrists).
Some models are known to come with short bracelets, the new Ingenieur had this problem, some smaller Rolex models. To be safe, ask your TD, tell him your wrist size and ask him if the links will be enough.

17 mm, 19 mm wrists?

How cute! 😍 But I honestly somehow envisioned you as being much older than that, dear @Feefo. 😆😂

Rep watches come configured exactly the same as their gen counterparts. The number of links in the bracelet is the same as you'd get buying the gen watch.

What's missing is the AD buying experience, where they'd size the bracelet for you. I mean, I'm assuming they do this... it's probably the least I'd expect for having been made to wait 4 years, and spent £100k on other stuff I didn't really want, on the off-chance the AD might finally deem me a worthy recipient of one of its most sought-after (yet not particularly rare) trinkets. Although it wouldn't surprise me if they just hand you the bagged boxed watch and shove you back out the door.

Anyway, no you can't expect the TD to be your AD and size the watch for you. So invest in a GOOD watchsmith's screwdriver the appropriate size for the bracelet screws, and DIY it.

EDIT:
Well - no sooner do I open my big uninformed mouth (or bash away with my big, uniformed fingers) than a TD arrives to confirm they'll resize the bracelet for you. See - even better service than the AD who'll tell you to sod off as soon as they have your money (as I've now convinced myself is how they'll behave - because they can). Nice one Andrew (or Andrew analog)!

Hi buddy

Usually most of the replica watches are made same bracelet size as genuine (The high end ones of course)

If you a big wrist guy, do inform the dealer and see if extra links are needed (Usually buying the extra links from Factory costs something so please be prepared to pay a little more but sometimes we dealers can offer 1-2 links for free)

Resizing the watch for the customer is fine as long the customer approve that and will not complain if there are minor scratches that occured during the link addition (This is normal even with top watch guys but we try our best to do a perfect job)

Hope that explains it.
