Noob 243 on rep asso - small pictorial

I got this few weeks ago, this is Noob version, 2nd batch (or V2 as some call it). All of small flaws that were present in the first batch are corrected on this one, it's pretty much perfect. It is definitely continuation of trend of top notch PAM reps that started last year. Nothing really to do on this watch, except to choose strap that suits you and put it on your wrist. New style rubber that comes with it is fantastic, but I currently wear in on rep Asso, and it works great for me, right balance of formal and sporty. So, enough talk, I'll let the pictures speak ...

Great watch and excellent pics!

I was wearing my 243L (v1) yesterday - I put it back on the rubber strap due to the hot weather we're having in Scotland just now and it was superb. Love it!

My 243 is en route. I very much like the look of that rep. Asso strap. How good is it? My experience so far is that rep straps are NOT anywhere near the quality of the straps we can get from Gunny, etc. Is that true here too, or is this worth the money? Who sells the rep Asso now?

Its worth the USD 30-40 you can get it, but it cannot be compared to a Gunny or Simona...

Once again the old adage: you get what you pay for. Thus assuming the 243 is as good as everyone seems to say, I guess I'll have to trawl through my friend Gunny's (and other's) strap sites. If they can now make a watch that is almost as good, such as the 243, what's the probelm with the straps?
