Non Trusted dealer in the forum but a trusty dealer

Hello all.
I want to post my experience from one non trusted dealer from the forum (means there is no any reference for him here so far)
He’s name is Jack Chen. I tried and bought from him 5 watches.
My biggest surprise was his common communication and answering every question regarding of what I was looking for. He always propose me what are the differences about the factories (he uses all the known factories such as APSF, CLEAN, PSF, ZF, BT) and always mentioning the difference. For each watch he sends to me quality control of the watches pictures and videos to agree if everything is fine before he ships the watches.
I believe if anyone wants to try he can ask him as also his prices is very competitive.

Should we recommend non trusted dealers? I too have really good connections in the rep. world but I don’t recommend them. There’s a process in place and if they wanted to be apart of the community they could go through that process. It’s none of my concern but be careful vouching for others in risky business dealings because shit happens all the time. Just my humble opinion

Hi, thank you very much for your input. Much appreciated.
I know I apologise if I post a thread maybe out of context I just express my personal opinion as I have bought watches from him and I found it trustworthy all the time as also his behaviour, the quality control he provides.

If this post is not in correct place I will delete it.

Anyone using the dealers mentioned here does so at own risk, as highlighted in the linked thread above. End of story.

If you ordered from a nonTD and it worked out, bravo.

Alot of unscrupulous dealers out there, so am genuinely happy you didn't lose your money.

What always helps though, when leaving a review or feedback, is some pictures / timelines etc to support your words.

Post some pics of your watches, cost, maybe say what the time line was from purchase, QC's, tracking numbers, delivery etc.... this is the info people really want to know.

I had good experiences with a non TD and want folks to know how it went and everything. I found him on dh before becoming a member but I also got his what’s app information from another member who had exceptional service from him. We exchanged the non TD’s contact information and agreed to try the other guys dealers. The other fella was using WhatsApp and I was using dh so we didn’t know we had the same guy. I asked him about pricing Friday night around 8:00 for a Clean no date submariner with the 2836 movement. He got back to me just after midnight Sunday morning about 29hrs later. I paid about a hour and a half later around 1:30 am Sunday morning. I received QC pictures Monday morning around 6:30 am about 29 hours later. Not expecting such a fast response I didn’t check my messages until the following day and gave him my approval around 4:30 am Tuesday morning. 15 minutes later I received the tracking information.
This from the dealer who replaced a vsf Starbucks that had an issue with its stem and allowed me to keep it for an additional $200.

Anyone interested in his contact information please pm me as there’s different options. I’ll try to remember to post pics and update when it gets here. The other member said he got one in 9 days and FedEx was the shipping used. I got one in like 15 days from ordering from dh and another in like 18 day's. Shipping was USPS on those watches. He’s a really decent guy and I’ve heard nothing but good things and my experiences have been very positive. I typically don’t recommend anyone but this guy is very professional and good to deal with. I paid him in full while he was messaging me to only pay a $100 deposit. If he was going to rip me off he could’ve. Hope this is helpful
