Nomos porn inside (new pics !)

Hello there !

My old post died last week after the forum went down, so again, i share with you the pics of my brand new first rep !
Meanwhile, i bought a genuine Nomos Velour Strap. The rep one was really shitty.
Take a look at my black dial Nomos Tangente, bought from a non-TD, as it's unavailable everywhere else.

Here is the watch as received:

And now with the new strap:

As you will see, the seconds hand @6 is frozen. I've heard that this "hack" on a 21J movement wasn't reliable, that's a shame...
Nevertheless, i noticed that the small hand moved a little bit despite everything. One week ago it read 55sec, and now it can read 58sec more or less. Does anyone know why ?

The other disappointing thing is that the crown is not as good as the other that can be found on the "common" 120$ rep. It's not engraved, there is just a small Nomos logo with the wrong font (the "M" is not as wide as it should).

Anyway, the rotor is very quiet, the movement looks good and it's a bit fast (+1sec every 2 days). The caseback has screws unlike the other popular rep which is a good thing.

I'm totally satisfied with my first purchase! For €80 it's a very good deal! I wear it everyday!

You just need to find a seller with positive feedback, with a bit of recent activity to avoid scam. Use the chat to talk with the seller to get more details. My seller had 16 positive feedbacks and was there since august 2013. There was around 2000 watches in his online store.
Unfortunately the seller i bought my watch from deleted his account just after i bought from him, that's wierd...
I took the risk to throw my money over their escrow service, but one week after, i received my watch with EMS.
The tracking system is lame, except to feel little nervous about it if you dont see any tracking info.
Take your chance and tell us your experience, it could be useful for other nomos addicts here !

Where did you get the strap? I'm rocking gen black leather on my Nomos, which I never wear but no way can I sell it. Too cheap to get rid of. Still love looking at it :lol:

Is your rep a 38mm ?
Mine is 36, and the strap is a gen "Velour" bought straight from the nomos store.
The distance between my lugs is slightly more little i guess. The thin strap looks better then.
May you share some pics of it ?

It's the 38... And that's weird I only saw like 4 strap types on the store. I'll check again.
