I brought three watches to Nikz for repair, but unfortunately, communication has been a bit of a challenge.
I first dropped off my PP in late April with an estimated repair time of 25 working days. After following up on June 21st, Nikz replied on July 16th, confirming the watch was ready for pickup. I arranged to collect it on August 2nd, but when I arrived, I was informed that the watch wasn’t actually ready and still needed another week of testing.
During that same "pickup" visit, I left two more watches for repair (missing pearl on Submariner and an AP quick date change mod), as I wasn’t in a rush for those. However, it’s now been nearly two more months, and despite politely requesting an update via email and PM, I haven’t heard anything back or received any of my watches yet.
I’m not in a hurry and understand that delays can happen, but given the situation, it would have been fair to receive a heads-up.
Patience is a virtue, but a little communication goes a long way!
