First time ordering from Puretime. I originally placed my order and paid May 21st. I was told 2-3 weeks for QC. It's been more than 4 weeks since payment and I haven't received an update despite me emailing twice for an update.
It’s definitely Puretime. They responded here and hopefully QC will not take much longer. I was concerned because there was no response to my emails for an update. They originally stated 2-3 weeks for my order and it's now over 4 weeks. Asking for an update, I don't think was out of the norm, and expecting a reply to my email within 7 days shouldn't be much to ask for either. I understand factories get behind and TD's get busy but the speed in which they ask for payment should be the same speed to respond to an inquiry.Make sure you're using the TD info from RWI vs Google.
Check your spam folders etc.
Try using a different email address as well..they might not be getting it from the one you're using (it happens)

Yeah I thought it was about exactly what I posted for. I'll look into the community more and absolutely understand wait time and no i don't expect an update regularly or nor would i even email them constantly. All they had to do was reply to my email and state exactly what you took the time to explain. "longer wait times, expect up an additional to 2-3 weeks for QC" that's it. I didn't post this in the general RWI community, I was hoping to get a response from PT and I did but the time it took for them to reply here could have just as easy been nice to respond to my email.26240 is hot and will wait a long time. It's hard to ask. I guess you just want them to say "No update" everytime you ask them? Most dealers will not say anything unless they have something to report, in fact, most experienced members tend to just order and not bother dealers until they get response. Guess it's your first rep so most people want some reassurance and are nervous but after your first 5 watches you'll be unbothered and see it's common.
Most people on the forum will take offense to the fact you are a new member and didn't bother to post anything until you wanted something from the TD. That's not the point of RWI or the forum. Not even a bother for an intro post, it rubs many people the wrong way. You can be a lurker or whatever but the optics is simply you joined only to buy and don't give a fuck what RWI actually is about,.
