I just wanted to share my experience with DealerClocks.io has not gone to plan.

Ordered and paid via PayPal and other than then purchase confirmation via email haven’t heard anything more (Daniel was the one dealing with me). 8 days have passed and unfortunately now have to raise a case with PP.

So not all reviews for DC are glowing.

Which part of “ 8 days have passed and apart from the purchase email confirmation I had no other follow up “ is not clear?
And despite emailing asking for a status update (eg will I get pics for QC or need to wait longer - to which I got no reply from either). So when there’s radio silence alarm bells go off .

This is not how this works, in various respects.

I recommend a bit of reading and a bit of patience. And a bit of calmness. And refraining from raising a case with PP.

Also if something does not go as planned, check if the plan was realistic in the first place.

The plan was IMO realistic enough, I did my reading here saw positive reviews, checked their website, as I understood from the seller 4-6 days to get some QC pics and then shipment.
Yes I understand the proverbial happens sometimes this is why after patiently waiting for over a week I reached out to the seller and when that came up with no response than all avenues are exhausted.

jw7, received your email on a Sunday, and after working hours, thus couldn't give you a reply until Monday. If you could have waited a day or 2 (accounting that we do operate in a different timezone) for my reply before filing the Paypal claim, it would have been much appreciated.

The initial watch we received had a QC issue on the dial so we had to change for another piece, plus checking and testing took additional time, so all in you waited about 5 business days. We actually had your QC pictures ready today, and I've also sent them to you on email. Let me know how you would like to proceed, by replying to my email to you, and I will do my best to reply promptly. Thank you.
