Nikz19/Nicholas Fabris group legal action by victims of his scams.

This thread has been created so that all RWI members who were victims of Nicholas Fabris of The Time Garage, VIA GEROLAMO FONTANA 1 - 21019 - SOMMA LOMBARDO (VA) can take legal action against him in order to recover lost funds and/or property.

No thread crapping, stay on topic - which is limited to what did you lose as a victim of Nikz19, the sum of money/value of items, the date of contact with him, your country of residence.

@Donnaildk is in contact with his lawyer who will in turn work with an Italian law firm. The lawyers will need details from Fabris' victims - amount stolen, dates, names, address etc.

It is not illegal to own or sell or purchase a 'franken' watch within the EU. It is a grey area that brands such as Rolex are not interested in pursuing.
They want to stop counterfeit watches being sold, a watch made up of genuine parts and 'aftermarket' parts is of no interest to them and is not illegal to own.

He was listed as a trusted repairer on the reptimeservices Reddit


I contacted him at the beginning of May 2025 to have the movement of my rolex explorer replaced and also to change the crystal of the watch for a gen one.


320 eur sent by PayPal


He gave me 10 days to do the work via email

I followed up twice by email and once via Reddit's private messaging system.
Obviously no more replies. I have a record of our exchanges

Reached out to him, because i´ve searched EU-based watch modders that plates watches on reddit.

04.05.2025 - First Contact and he told me 15 days turnaround time.
01.06.2025 - After several messages trying to upsell me a gen crystal he told me it will be ready "mid this week"
21.06.2025 - He told me my watch is ready to ship. It should be mentioned that he ignored my message before for 3 weeks and I wrote him that I will take legal action if he ghosts and tries to scam me. On the same day, I replied and asked him to provide me a proof of shipment, but i've got no answer since
