If that is the case, I bet Panerai is testing the waters. They have done similar things like this in the past. If this watch creates a lot of buzz and get s a lot of demand, look for a regular production run in the near future. I really like the look.

I agree especially if they engrave the bridge on the ST19. I would also be in for one. How many people will have ever seen one of these precious metal PAMs in person anyway.

The ST-19/venus 175 looks to be very similar to this movement although all the pieces are shaped differently. However all the gears seem to be in the similiar if not the same place. So with enough decoration, this could turn out to be a super rep. Toro mentioned that they were in the process of repping it at RG but there have been no updates since.
