I am a tall guy - 1,96 cm - 98 Kg.
It fits perfectly.

And I can tell you, that is also my feeling about them, PAM 360 is great and PAM 187 is gourgeous !!!
Recently I went to a very famous but small watch store in Orlando-Fl and all PAMs they got there were much less nice then these 2 reps.

That Kevlar strap is hugely long so unless you have Andre the giant wrists forget it. Although if you wear it over a sweatshirt sleeve it fits ok. Also be wary about the yellow paint on the dial turning gray. My first 187 turned gray in 6 weeks. The dealer replaced and has been fine so far. I did wear the first one during the 110 degree weather the northeast was getting over the summer so this may have accelerated the color change.

@Perry: I asked Andrew (TT) about the lume issue and he stated that the first run had about 1% which were bad...That was the first run. With the second run he assures me that the lume issue has been resolved.
Thanks for the heads up on the Kevlar. I've got a 7.5" wrist and I don't think that beast will work. I think the rubber looks perfect for this serious diver.

I know this is an old post, but how is the watch holding up? Did you water proof it? Swim with it? How's the movement holding up?

But never done any mod.
Any issue with lume or moviment until now.
Never swim though.
