I got a repose with some QC pics on 23.04. I asked some questions, but haven't heard back. Its my 2nd time with Lucy, and understand what its like with comms. Hopefully hear back soon.
Oh,my friends,real sorry for reply you late to let you worried,
I want to tell you a little bit about my situation in April here,
the first half of April,the market have many big raids again,many factories were raided,seized many dealers also,
my watchsmith closed his office for many days in that period of time too,so made my work have a big delay indeed,
the April 29h to May 3th,it's the Labour Day holiday in China,it's a 5 days holiday,
I know I need back to my hometown for this holiday this time,for I need go to my little brother's wedding,so I can't work in these days,
I want to send more watches out before April 28th,so on the second half of April,I spent most of my time in the market,
to deal with watches,clean dust,adjust the movement,deal with problems of watches,so I didn't have too much time reply emails indeed,
so real sorry for missed the emails recently,
but please don't worry,yesterday,I back to GuangZhou already,the holiday is over now also,
the situation of the market back to normal too,so I can work better now,
if I didn't reply you or missed your emails recently,please resend me new emails in these 2 days,
I will check and reply you in time again from now,I will try my best to finish your orders for you within a week,then send to you,
real sorry for bring you the inconvenience recently,please don't worry,I will try my best for you on QC and test still,
you will like the watches from me for sure.

hello, to give you an update on the situation, and following Lucy's message on the forum, I had news on May 6 and 7 to tell me that soon I would have news of my order but since then, more Nothing. I'm waiting, but it's longer than usual.
Yeah, I have the same. Last message was from 11th May when she told me my watch had problems with the movement and the new one should get to her in the same evening. Also wrote 2 follow up emails in the meantime, but heard nothing from her...
Im the same. 11 May. Answered some of my questions about QC pics and gave an explanation about the previous month.
I do also agree that this one feels longer than usual. There may be a back log of work.

Oh,friend,sorry for reply you late to let you worried,the market have too many raids everyday in recent weeks,
so send watch back to replace another new one or deal with QC problems are slower recently indeed,
affetced my work and made me very busy also,I spent most of my time to deal with these watches recently,
for your watch,friend,I did many work for you on it already,
the first one I got,after QC,the appearance seems very good,but the amplitude of it is a little low,
I have wind it and tested it,it can keep a good time after wind still,but caused by the amplitude of it is a little low,I still worry about it,
so I rejected it for you,
after I send it back to replaced another new one later,I got the second new one indeed,
but when I was going to take QC pics of the second new one for you,I found near the crown on the dial,there is a small scratch on the dial,
it's not obvious,and only on special angle,then can see it,if I don't tell you,maybe you can't find it too,but after I see it,I feel not good still,
so I send it back to the factory to replace it again later,
now,I am waiting the third one,after I get it,I will show you new whole QC pics of it then,
I took 2 pics of the second one also,one is that scratch on the dial,one is the whole watch,I will send them to you via email at once now,
so you can get my mean of it,
friend,in fact,for the QC problems of the first watch and the second watch,I think maybe most dealers will ignore them and send them out directly,because they real are small QC problems,if dealers don't tell you,maybe you can't find them,
but to me,I just want to make it better and better before send to you,so friend,hope you can understand too,
you get it and like it is more important thing to me,that's why my customers chosen order from me,
I said I will try my best on QC and test for them,
if the third one can pass my QC and test,I will finish the rest work and send it to you at once after clean dust,adjust the movement.
