Newby PAM help needed

Hi guys,
Have been lurking on this forum for a while, and have decided the time is right to spend some money.
One of the watches at the top of my list is the PAM177H. I love the brushed titanium look, and the sandwich dial, and 44mm is just the right size. My problem is which movement to go for (that is in stock somewhere). I figured the best option was an asian swan neck version, but can't find who has it at the moment. I would like opinion as to whether I should look at another movement, if I really need saphire as opposed to crystal, or if another model entirely would fit the bill.

as a pam noob, i would suggest the asian non-swan mvmnt, sapphire is always nice but not necessary, at least 1 sided AR would be good.
dont go overboard with the first one... there will be many to come.

Make sure you do not buy a watch that says titanium on the case but is actually brushed steel ......


There are plenty of 44mm models that suit the newbie, but consider - the PAM11H and fantasy mini Fiddy :

Hmmm.....

You know anywhere else you can get the mini Fiddy ?
It is Paul and he's still a dealer as PAM111 at the RWG site, would he still be if he was that bad ?

I actually bought an Asian 6497 (non swan) version 177H from Joshua yesterday.
Would have liked swan neck and sapphire, but it should make a nice basic model to be going on with.

Arrgghhh!!! Have been waiting for the parcel to arrive - tracking it several times a day - agonising whilst it was stuck in customs, and now what happens... they deliver it to the wrong address!! I hope the guy that has got it doesn't try to return it, and that I can contact him and go pick it up. Bl**dy Parcelfarce!!
