Just back from Dubai where I picked up this replica Panerai, and am after some feedback on it. Had I been on this forum before I left I would have probably not purchased anything.

Is it likely to be a Seagull ST-2530 movement ? The crown pulls out once to wind up the power meter and twice to adjust the time. No date adjust, save for winding the time round.

What are the chances of it a) working for a year or two and b) it being water resistant ?

It will probably work for 2 years without problems.

I wont trust it being water resistant. If you remove the caseback and crown and grease the o-rings (if they are there) it might

That recessed button on the left around 8 o clock changes the date on it. looks a nice piece wear in good health.

I've started reading the PAM guide

but I can't find the PAM125 which I believe my watch is a copy of on there.
I have uploaded a few pics of the movement hopefully someone can shed light on it for me. Is it a 21J ?

Found out it is waterproof (well at least showerproof) as left it on by mistake when taking a shower tonight :blush:

The reason you can't find it there is the watch hasn't even been repped to the level of being considered a low grade rep. This would fall under canal street level.
