I'm talking about the GMT btwI mean, this looks as good otb as anything I've seen. Looks NWBIG but I'd like to see this side by side with gen dial before proclaiming that
They're not gonna clone a GMT movement from Tudor. This watch costs less than 5k real. It's sad that ZF goes to the trouble of copying this beautiful watch but still doesn't correct the mistake with the hands ( CHS ). This makes the GMT unwearable for me.
I don't wanna argue here, but a rep with 10% cost of Gen is a good deal for me, imo. Also, as many other posts, I would like to have a rep of something, which I could afford as gen. Also this white GMT is super good looking (at least in the pics). They're not gonna clone a GMT movement from Tudor. This watch costs less than 5k real.
The 2836 GMT is a tank and well proven.
Most mods to hand stack have made watches movements very unstable. Would you rather have a correct hand stack but have to toss the rep in 2 years with no ease of repair?
If handstack matters spend the extra $4600 to buy real.
If you're worried about being called out, noone is calling you out over a Tudor lmao
I think the GMT hand is not meant to be at the bottom, on gen it's 2nd to last or something (don't remeber) Same problem with the ZF Tudor BB Pro. Inherent to all reps that use the 2836 GMT movement. The release of the Omega White Speedmaster got me excited, so the white Tudor will have to scratch the itch for now.
Forgive my ignorance, but what are you referring to regarding the CHS hands?
Helpful - Thank youI think the GMT hand is not meant to be at the bottom, on gen it's 2nd to last or something (don't remeber) Same problem with the ZF Tudor BB Pro. Inherent to all reps that use the 2836 GMT movement.
Surely no one is calling you out on this?!I think the GMT hand is not meant to be at the bottom, on gen it's 2nd to last or something (don't remeber) Same problem with the ZF Tudor BB Pro. Inherent to all reps that use the 2836 GMT movement.
People don't walk around in with a magnifying glass or Lupe with them I really don't think the hand stack is visible with the naked eye. Yah, it might annoy enthusiasts, but not any casual watch bearers.I think the GMT hand is not meant to be at the bottom, on gen it's 2nd to last or something (don't remeber) Same problem with the ZF Tudor BB Pro.
