New year discount code not working for Western Union payment on pure time website

I’ve been trying to place an order with the New year discount code on puretime website with Western Union payment method and it won’t go through. The final price will result no discount. Tried placing it with other type, crypto/wise with no problem. Anyone else having the same issue?

I had received you payment address, I'm trying to pay with Binance but it won't let me, showing me message the wallet address is high risk of being a potential scam. I have already tried sending twice and each time I was blocked from transfer for 1 hour as picture below. What should I do?
