They need to release a luminor ceramica thats non gmt like 661

Sent from my HTC 10

There isn't anything more to improve on the PAM661, IMHO plus it isn't ceramic, it's carbotech. Or did you mean the PAM616, but that one is also carbotech?

Unless VSF improves the carbotech striations (increase the number of visible distinct layers from 2 to 3+), there isn't anything more than can be done. Of course you could exchange the movement but that would not matter for a closed caseback PAM.

The only other candidate is the PAM508/607 ceramica. But those are closed caseback as well, and they are already super rep level.

Ordered and paid. Will post photos and review on arrival. Had the ZF and KW version in the past so will be interesting to see how this one compares.

I assume that leaving aside the movement the rest of the watch is a KW-V6Fac
We can see some improvements regarding the upper external bevelled of the bezel but still narrower and not yet polished
That was a very good opportunity to make the bevelled appropriately
Improved but not yet completely corrected

Mmmm, very interesting.

There is one thing that concerns me, but not in this watch in particular: The custom movement could be less reliable and more difficult to service than a A7750 regular movement. Please, correct me if I am wrong.

The reviews of the new movement, mine one included (finished but not yet written), are really positive and promising.
Most likely the new movement is more difficult to be serviced and the parts will be more difficult to be found than A7750, but no reason to think it is less reliable than A7750. Indeed I think it could be even more reliable.

Does the new movement have any functions or is the balance wheel simply in a different spot compare to the A7750?

This is already asnwered in the thread about the PAM 312 VSF
I copy the post

The changes are not just the position of the balance
It is a new designed movement with the balance wheel @/ like gen
But other things are also the same as gen and the escapement wheel is working and non decoration like other decorated rep movements
There are obvious differences, mainly for a trained eye, and the crown functions are the same as the previous reps and different from gen functions
But the result is much better than previous reps and the construction and parts quality are really good on the new movement. The working also looks promising.
Of course the best option at this moment

Nice to see VSF venture into 382 production. It makes perfect sense as the Seagull-based 382 was not a really very strong movement, and the A7750 was also problematic.

I will look to modding the bezel shape and polished edge on arrival. All depends on what the bezel is made of though. Thin plating would be a problem..........

If the bezel is anything like ZF it is very thin - a thin "Shell" on steel.

I have ordered this version, too. The crown doesn't seem to be so thin as on previous versions.

General pita is that gen has welded-in lugs (like PAM 372) and the only maker ever attempted to install lugs correct way was H-factory with their version of 372. 382 definitely has welded in lugs, NOT carved from one piece of bronze along with the rest of case. That's why you can see (on gen) that top surface of lugs enters sides of the case so immaculate way. This is how it is on gen:

As a gift for community, here's my version of PAM 382 certificate in PDF:

If someone has a photo of 382's specification leaflet, I can re-create it, too :)

@Enfield thanks for the info. Looks like it might only be a polish.
@PolonusTM thanks for the Certifiacte and avice.

Rejected my QC photos, first time in about 40 watches. Big chunk missing from case back.
QC slipping from my favourite TD, not too impressed.
