The watch has that beautiful, genuine look, low-sitting crystal and a deep “hole effect.” It features a genuine-style date disc with properly sized and shaped print. The bezel has a slight springiness to it, just like the gen. The winding crown sits close to the case, also like the original. The bracelet feels and looks great after the spa treatment, comfortable, no jingle-jangling. SELs are perfectly aligned with the case, the Glidelock works smoothly, and the rehaut is now shiny and well-defined. What more do you need to call it a near-gen, NWBIG, without breaking the bank on a 2–3k frankened build? This is an affordable version that doesn’t cost a fortune.
