Wanted to get something for the Mrs and she liked the white face Transocean. Normally it comes with a brown strap but she preferred blue ... Ok ... So I place my order with Andrew and ask if the factory can make the swap. He says he will try. 2 days later I receive my QC pics and a note saying they do brown by default but he would ask them to change if truly desired. In the QC I noticed something that caused me to RL the watch. I said no more ... A few days later I receive new QC pics which were a quick GL. Three days later it's at my doorstep. Without a second ask, Andrew went ahead and had them swap the brown strap out for the blue!
