Hi all!
I stumbled on this site after a series of stops that began with a YT comparison between a Rep and Gen by an AD. Between that YT view and here, I ended up on r/RepTime. Of course, that led me to a TD (Steve) and my first purchase of a Rolex - Yacht-Master 226659 42mm SS/RU Black/Dot VSF VS3235. Communications were easy, and the QC was GL'd. I am trying to not track the shipment hourly, but I am excited to see that it hit CONUS today, after 5 days of movement!
I am sure my next Rep will be a Sub or GMT, but I am a motorhead, so there's a lot of desire to get a Daytona, too. I also think I will enjoy the modding aspects and like the idea of enhancing the Reps with Gen Crystals, dials, and arms. Once I learn more about the dos and don'ts, I will explore this more.
Just a quick thank you to all the supporters, admins, mods, etc. who have contributed so much to this community! I hope to share my learnings too soon, as a way to give back.
Cheers!
