New straps from a cowboy boot

This straps comes from a cowboy boot - both are ultra soft, which one do you like better? Should I stitch the ostrich one? Thanks!

I love ostrich leather but am a little unsure of the tail shape. I think stitching would make it look tons better. Some real thick unwaxed cream would be my choice.

Yeah, I think cream or black stitching will make it look better, I am not really a fan of ostrich skin except the skin from the leg. I will post update. I think I will do minimal stitching since it impossible to make it straight over the bumps!
