Hmmm... Good question. I asked myself the same question when I first started out.
At what degree of mod will it satisfies you? If you are the nitpicking type then even the best mod done will not do the trick and before you know it, alot of money will spent on mods.
IMO, sandwiched dial with H serial movt PAM reps are not worth modding because the heavy blue AR, incorrect engraving font on the movt and the oversized " L swiss made L" are the biggest call out that can never be fixed no matter how you mod it.
Treat the 111H as an entry level pam. If your liking towards PAM remains after a few weeks, what I suggest to you is to read more and do find the model you really like, sell the 11H and buy the model you really like. otherwise, If you identify that the 111H is the only grail you like most, by all means go for the mods as it has been justified.
If you want the pam rep to be 95% close to the gen, check out older pam models like PAM01B, 02B with sausage dial and closed caseback. With the correct mods done, these are really the models that are hard to be called out by untrained eyes.
Here's an example of a gen PAM01B
And the pic of a fully modded rep PAM01B
Hope the above info helps
