But the price is really high for a rep , but the mouvement is really a Swiss ETA , or a clone ? (if it's a real ETA, the price seems justified so ..)

The movement is a genuine Swiss ETA modified to look the same as the Cartier.

If I may ask ... what about a 1m65 man with 16,2cm wrist and a 1.85m woman with 16.7 wrist ?

Nevertheless it is, IMHO, definitely a women's watch (I use the terl female only for animals) ... or a really effeminate guy.

The blue sapphire looks cloudy.

That movement is not clean.
