This one looked really good!!! Would just finish the subdial hands so that the red goes all the way and then your fine I guess!!!

I mean it is nice. I just cant see myself getting it with my daily wearer being the FC 44. But still, really good work Noob :)!

Only the cylinder ends of the sub dials need to be black..... That's an easy Domi fix ... BUT

As much as I like this one and really love the ceramic.... and really really want to buy it right now.......i'm not buying it till it's fixed...

Call it my Schumi protest vote over the dial...

No more unnecessary sloppiness....!!

EDIT.... I've just seen Gens with the sliver ends as well, It appears the new updated ceramic now has a lighter coloured grey tachy ring and the ends of the sub dial hand are silver....!!

In which case i'm waiting for the updated tachy ring

The two Gen versions below... The latest version first

The sub dial hand is completely red as it should be... it is just obscured by the bottom of the chrono seconds hand

Nice piece attempt but I will pass:

This version from noob is not close enough to gen making it to close to FC patterns. As mentioned by Andman it should have a silver/grey tachy and lighter dial:

Hahah. Those two aren't the same watch guys. The one Noob made is the regular ceramic 44mm, which the gen is quite rare. While the one with the anthracite dial is the new 2014 release. Both exist in gens.
So the one Noob made isn't wrong.

The one released is excellent... the only fix it needs as I said was the end of the sub dial hands need to be black to be correct..

I posted pics of the two versions of the Gen for reference

The subdial hands aren't black in the gen above. Never refer to a CG pic mate when comparing details.

Apparently AP did both SD hand ends silver and black ... so it is correct as Noob repped ... but so is the other mate

Just for clarification Jamz... I said it's the pin end of the sub dial hands..

Either way... this may just be going on the list now

Shouldnt this be priced around same levels as the Panda 44mm and Blue 44mm?

Even someone like me who doesnt like the FC material (yes CF with weave but not FC) is not going to pay FC money for non FC.

Ceramic has been harder to rep which is why it has taken so long to come out....

and justifies it's price on the weight , feel and the temperature it holds ... its scratch resistance and beautiful feel ... albeit it can be fragile and susceptible to chips.... if knocked hard or even cracking the case

In Gen terms and pricing.... not that that has any bearing on Rep pricing... The Gen is about 40% more than The SS ... and 25% more than FC... which also probably reflects some of the additional manufacturing costs

The ceramic 44 btw costs nearly the same as the 2014 RG 42... bonkers

Well noted Jamtz and Andman...

I am on the bid for the hopefully soon to be released anthracite dial from noob then, this all black ceramic would look the same on my wrist vs my FC44.

A nice piece and good efforts reached here, but I am with fire007. Too much looking like the FC ROO beside the finish / material used.

I wait for 2014 ceramic with anthracite dial to hit the rep floor. BTW, gen is not yet out.

Thanks. Didn't realise the Gen ceramic cost more than the gen FC.

When I buy black watches I only go for full ceramic and for all other brands eg Hublot (the pioneer of ceramic watches) the ceramic prices are only a little more than the SS equivalent. I am used to Carbon Fibre and Gold being much more expensive than ceramic.

Yep, I was referring to the base of the subdial hands as well. I haven't seen any with black base though.
@chris3007 might like this. :hehehe:
