New PAM438 to small watchband!!

Hi

I need an advise here.

Just got my PAM438 from Puretime. The Watch is great, but unfortnatly the watchband is too small to my hand and I can't get it on my arm...

I send a messeage to Puretime about this, and they is now asking for 50 US more, to send me 4 links + shipment. I thinks this way of !!! In the past other dealers have send more links for free to me.

Anyone have had the same issue with a dealer?

Do you have a pic? Unless they short changed you on links somehow. That watch should fit a 8.5" wrist all day long. So bigger than that, yeah they're going to charge you. Anyone would...

I had the same issue with mine -- it was very frustrating, and I have had a tough time securing more links. FWIW, my wrist is only 7.25!

I would ask for the price on a whole new bracelet and see if there was an efficiency there. My wrist is ~7" and I had to remove two links on my 438, so it appears the factory standard is ~7.5".

Ok I checked my 299. It came with 22 links total. 20 large and 2 half size. Same as what you have there. How long is that total length?
